Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery destinations, the current Malaysia and Singapore offer, ASEAN rates, and when a manual quote is required.

Checkout quote is final

Enter the complete delivery country and address at checkout. MUSII calculates the order's delivery status and any charge on the server before payment. The checkout quote shown for that order takes priority over general examples on this page.

All product prices, delivery charges and payments on musiimy.com are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or fees.

Malaysia and Singapore free-delivery campaign

A limited-time free-delivery campaign currently applies to accepted Malaysia and Singapore delivery addresses. It began on 12 August 2026 at 12:00 AM Malaysia time (UTC+8) and presently has no scheduled end date.

The campaign may be paused or ended. Eligibility is recorded in the server-generated checkout quote, so a saved cart or earlier page visit does not guarantee free delivery for a later order.

Selected ASEAN destinations

Accepted physical orders to Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, the Philippines, Myanmar and Timor-Leste currently use a flat MYR20 delivery charge.

A delivery estimate is shown only when it has been configured and verified. MUSII does not promise an unconfirmed delivery time.

All other countries and regions

We may accept the address for review, but delivery requires a manual quote. Checkout will not take payment until MUSII confirms the delivery charge and the order becomes payable.

Address and delivery limits

  • Malaysia addresses require a supported state and a valid 5-digit postcode.
  • Singapore addresses require a valid 6-digit postal code; a state or province is not required.
  • Direct-rate ASEAN addresses require a state, province or region and a valid postal code.
  • An accepted address or quote does not by itself prove final courier serviceability. MUSII may contact you if a carrier cannot safely fulfil the address.
  • Digital voucher-package orders do not require physical delivery and do not incur a delivery charge.

Existing orders and changes

An existing order keeps the delivery charge and campaign evidence recorded when that order was created. A later campaign or rate change does not silently rewrite an earlier order. If the delivery destination changes, MUSII may require a new quote or replacement order before payment.
