    Compare the total price, voucher count and cost per voucher, then actively select VIP100 or VIP200.

    Continue securely

    Sign in or confirm your account details, review the order and complete payment through secure checkout.

    Find vouchers in My Account

    Once payment is confirmed, your vouchers are issued to the MUSII account used at checkout.

What does each voucher cover?

Each voucher gives 50% off one eligible MUSII clothing item. Use one voucher for each eligible item you want discounted.

Which items are eligible?

The item must cost RM109.90 or more. NETT PRICE items, accessories, Basic Tee, camisoles, sleepwear and selected exclusions do not qualify. Contact MUSII before checkout if you are unsure about an item.

When does the one-year validity begin?

The 12-month validity starts on the date the voucher package is purchased.

Can vouchers be transferred or exchanged for cash?

No. Vouchers belong to the member account that purchased the package, cannot be transferred and have no cash value.

Where do the vouchers appear after payment?

After payment is confirmed, the vouchers are issued to the MUSII account used at checkout and can be viewed in My Account.

What if payment is confirmed but my vouchers are missing?

Contact MUSII with your order number and the account email used at checkout so the team can check the payment and voucher issue status.
